Cooking Along With Erasmus

Talking about sustainable food is very important, but producing and slowing down is a little better.
During this 100% plant-based cooking workshop with the Erasmus Food Lab we demonstrate how our food choices can be easily challenged with a tasteful result. Participants pair up in teams and take responsibility for one dimension of the preparation of a 4 course sustainable dinner.
Note: For this activity a small participation fee is required to cover the costs of ingredients.
